Beta waitlist qualification

Sprinty’s beta waitlist is intended for business use. You must submit a work email, and a waitlist submission does not guarantee immediate access.

Current beta scope and trust boundary

Sprinty's current beta is a Pre-MVP validation build of the mailbox delegate audit wedge. Simulated elements are explicitly labeled. Beta access does not turn Sprinty into a broad Microsoft 365 governance suite, and it does not imply mailbox-content access or tenant-wide send capability.

Business and admin use

Sprinty beta is intended for legitimate business evaluation by Microsoft 365 admins, Exchange Online admins, MSP operators, and related security/compliance stakeholders. You must provide accurate information, protect any one-time sign-in codes sent to you, and avoid misuse, unauthorized testing, or interference with the service.

Beta access and availability

Beta access is not guaranteed. Sprinty may approve, defer, limit, suspend, or revoke access based on qualification, security posture, product readiness, operational limits, or misuse concerns.

No production reliance

Sprinty's current beta should be evaluated carefully and not treated as your sole source of production, legal, or compliance reliance without your own review. Pre-MVP cleanup proof is simulated where explicitly labeled, and the connected MVP 1 remediation posture remains a separately permissioned capability.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” during beta without warranties of any kind.

Feedback and communications

Feedback shared during beta may inform roadmap and onboarding decisions. Optional lifecycle, announcement, or nurture communications are sent only when you opt in through the waitlist flow.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product matures.
